I was welcomed when I came into the store, the assistant asked me questions to identify what I may like and answered any questions I had of the products. In general very friendly and made it easy to relax and try the beds out properly. They gave me a good knowledge of how to look for the right bed.

Products were well laid, the prices reasonable, and the Sales Rep was very helpful without being pushy.
