staff were helpful yet respectful of our space and time for private discussion. staff were knowedgeable and had our best interests in mind. paid more than we planned to but only because we were completely satisfied with the recommendations and service we received.

THE Dreams Colleague,Matt, was very helpful without being pushy as in some other stores and even swapped a mattress over to the bed frame we purchased so we could see what it looked like. He was clear with the information about the insurance we paid for and efficient with processing our order. All in all I would recommend buying from Dreams Basildon again.

Lee, the Assistant, was polite, helpful, informative, but neither overpowering nor suffocating. I was offered coffee whilst I was taking my time browsing, then eventually having made a decision on my purchase, Lee checked my order twice over to ensure all details were correct. I found the whole experience in the Dreams store most satisfactory and a very pleasant experience. Some Assistants in the retail world could take a leaf out of Lee's book. A most pleasant young man.

We were met with a cheerful 'Welcome to Dreams' which sounded sincere and not just an Americanism. We were also allowed to browse on our own but the staff were always there when we needed them. We visited a few days earlier to see the mattress and then decided to buy a bed and mattress so returned and had the same good service. Joy and Richard Harding

Matt at your store was very helpful as wasn't sure what mattress to buy. He explained things very well and made me try out quite few within my price range. I did not feel pressured at all to purchase something but I did anyway. He even helped me carry out the extras I bought to my car. Very good service.
