The assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and not intrusive. She asked if she could help us and listened to what we wanted. After explaining things to us she left us to test out various matresses then returned to help us with bases. At no time was she intrusive or over enthusiatic. I felt she gave us the space to explore and choose but was available if we needed her without hovering.

We were warmly welcomed at the store, and allowed to try and retry the beds until we were completely satisfied with our decision, wonderful.

Very pleasant staff. Not pushy just right. Made me a lovely cup of tea and nice banter with all the staff.

We were greeted after a reasonable amount of time and asked if we needed any assistance. John (our sales man) guided us through the pillow colour process matching to the types of mattress and advised us to try as many as we wished in order to find our comfort zone. He then offered to make us a cup of tea while we wandered the store. After making the tea, he asked us if we were okay and did we need him to help in any way. we asked questions regarding several mattress that we had tried. He answered them with honesty and remained professional in his approach. We didn't feel pressurised at any point. After making our decision and informing John of this, we were offered 2 pillows FOC. WE also purchase a mattress protector. The whole process was extremely stress-free and we are now looking forward to our new mattress arriving!!
