Helena, Validation Code 240, who served me was extremely helpful, knowlegable on the products and very patient without trying to influence or pressure my choice. Very pleasant and helpful lady who makes this store a pleasure to visit. My experience at other branches has not been good which I why I decided to purhase from this branch.

All information was provided to us before we purchased. Staff were very friendly we were served straight away. Overall a good experience.

With a husband that has an injured back I never relish mattress or bed shopping. This is the first occasion that it has not been a chore. The assistants were on hand but not hovering and were available straight away when we had a question. We were offered a drink and given the time to make our decision. All the assistants were friendly and Tina, who helped us, should be commended for their excellent customer service.

The service I received from Tina was amazing made Mr feel like I was the only person in the store

The staff were very helpful. They did not put uS under any pressure but at the same time were understanding of our needs and were very helpful

very nicely laid out store, with plenty to choose from. The assistant Lee was most helpful to my needs. Excellent salesmanship and friendliness. Would definitely go back there again.

Our sales assistant (Lee Westgate branch) was very professional & friendly, he was there when we needed him but also gave us space and time to look around without hovering over our shoulder, he had the answers we wanted when asked, offered us tea & coffee, very helpful and not at all pushy when it came to choosing items, he was very helpful when choosing the right mattress for us and let us try numerous styles without pushing us towards the most expensive, the ordering process was very prompt and painless he even gave us a free mattress protector - overall extremely happy with our visit - only thing I could say that was negative and this is not at all to do with the sales representative is that you still charge £39.00 delivery even though we had paid over £800 for our items.

The salesperson, Lee, was obviously knowledgeable about all the products and led us throughout the buying process with aplomb. He was also very helpful and patient and we were pleased we were able to try all the beds (more than once!) before making our purchase. We were in and out in about 20 minutes signed sealed and now awaiting delivery. Good experience

I'm not praising for any other reason..but credit where it's due, the salesman Matt. Was indeed very thorough. A man that knew his products, and his very helpful manner, was indeed a pleasure. We were impressed with his polite, but not pushy attitude, and his patience, re giving his time and knowledge. To decide..what WE WANTED.. Not the usual salesman like person. I believe he is a true asset to your company. And believe me..it was a pleasure, to shop, and part with money ! Mr Mrs R Haines .
