The store opened right on time and as I needed assistance I looked towards the service desk and immediately helped was offered. I explained I needed a double bed for my guest room and suggestions were offered. I tried three beds in the price range I was interested in and made a choice. The assistants were all very friendly and helpful to each other. I was offered a coffee whilst the order was being sorted out which was quickly and efficiently done with the comfort exchange and i surances explained to me. Delivery dates were also readily available to fit in with my schedule.

Having used this store before to organise a bed for my wife's mum in the north of the country and having received good service then, it was a no brainier for us to return to the store and sales person, Matt (or Jason as we refer to him!!). Again the time and effort spent with him and his williness to respond to all my questions proved to be successful for us as well as another sale for you. Customer service is highly prized by us and that is what we got.

The assistant in store (Lee), was very helpful giving a pillow to take round to try when laying on beds. He was knowledgeable about the products and did not try to hard sell anything or oversell. When putting order through which I wanted on interest free he asked for a deposit which I said thought it was no deposit on internet, he honoured it on my order. However I was disappointed that when I got home I found that I could of ordered on line and got a free delivery which when you paying near on £1000 for a mattress you would expect free delivery.

Helpful friendly attitude, nothing too much trouble . Product knowledge useful in our deciding which bed to have and what was best for us. Staff helpful but not over powering. Would recommend Dreams to our friends and family.

the gent showed us what products they had , from the lowest price bracket going up . in no way were we felt hurried in choosing a bed and mattress . he explained the guarantee carefully . he tried to make the best possible visit for all of us

The sales assistant was very helpful not pushing a sale on us .(one thing I dislike is pushy salesmen Not in this store) that's one of the main reasons for my purchase . And the fact you can try the beds out in the store . The layout of the beds in the store was also good easy to walk around

We found Tina, the assistant cheerful, helpful (even though an Arsenal supporter) and knowledgeable about the Tempur bed we have purchased.

I knew what I was looking for and very lucky Dreams had exactly what I wanted. We was greeted at the store entrance by very helpful woman and then introduced to the salesman. Highly professional in all ways.
