Once we found the item we wished to order, an assistant was on hand immediately and was pleasant and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. All our questions were answered and 'extra' requirements explained. Helpful staff.

We were made to feel most welcome and was allowed to have a good look around before deciding what bed we really were happy with so much so that my daughter went straight back and brought a bed for herself so Dreams did well from both of us thankyou

We had been to a few Dreams stores over the past year and every time all of the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and ready to take the time helping us chose a bed, which helped us feel confident in choosing the right bed for us. Once we had chosen our bed, purchasing was straight forward and quick. Great service!

We were helped by Matt who wad very knowledgeable about products and services. Not only did we get a mattress for our bed, but we also have a new one for our spare room. The cost was good value and we were in and out in half an hour all done and delivery sorted too.

The sale assistant was efficient and helpful. We knew what we were looking for and they obliged helping us find it straight away and didn't try to sell us other things as can often be the case with stores.

Excellent knowledge of the items on sale. Recommend numerous mattresses and helped with the budget I had. No pushy sales talk. Very comfortable assistance.

From walking in the sales girl was helpful but not pushey. She got me a pillow to lay on the bed to see how comftable it was. When it came to paying it was done in a friendly manner with the other sales people joining in the conversation. As we took our mattress home they offered to carry it out to our car. I was very happy with my visit to dreams in Basildon.
