Was helped to decide what matress would be better for us compared to what we explained we had at home already which we was causing us major back problems .

Amount of products on show, ease of being able to order, being allowed to browse without being pestered, assistance when needed.

Bought our last matress from you and had great experience then recommend you to my sister who was also impressed. We were spending a lot of money and would not have made a purchase if I hadn't received excellent customer service. They staff answered all my questions and they were really helpful.

welcoming staff on entering the store,was immediately offered tea or coffee,we had a rough idea of what we wanted and was directed in that direction,where the product and its variations was thoroughly explained to us both.we were then allowed as long as we wanted to experience our chosen bed. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed.

I found the the mattress that I wanted on line but needed to test out which firmness would suit my needs. While at the shop I found that the the one that suited me,had I just bought on line I would have brought a mattress not suited to me. I also found the assistant very help and answered all the questions that I asked.
