Very helpful and friendly staff. Gave advice and offered a number of alternatives. Didn't feel rushed at all and felt we had the full attention of staff despite other customers being in store.

Was made to feel important as a customer by assistant Lee. He quickly understood our needs supplying coffee to make us feel comfortable. He explained the options avaIlable and asked us to try various beds. Our intention was to buy a replacement mattress but after a lengthy discussion with Lee we ended up buying a king size adjustable bed with separate mattresses. Well done Lee.

I went to the store looking for a particular brand of bed. I found a good selection and with the help of the associate made my selection. I was also able to "test" the bed to get an idea as to the firmness of the mattress. It also has a 40 day "trial" during which time I can select a different mattress in the same brand if I wish.
