Lee who assisted me was very helpful, answered all questions we had and gave me enough time to try out the different mattresses without feeling I was being rushed.

The staff were not pushy with sales and instead let my family and I look around for five minutes before offering assistance. When they did ask they were very approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and did not rush us in making our decision. While processing our order we were offered coffee and soft drinks for our daughters, which was also a nice touch and much appreciated; the girls loved the fruit squash! The member of staff processing our order couldn't have done any more for us and made us aware of good deals and offers available, such as discounted items. She also let us remain seated to finish our drinks whilst she retrieved all the extra from the shelves. All-in-all, we were very happy with the and I hope that the larger products we purchased are on par with the customer service.

John the salesman very helpfull by exsplaining any guestions we had asked him mainly my wifes disability and needs with a new mattress thank you John.
