The store and Amanda the salesperson was completely competant and explained to us very well

Very pleased with my purchase. Mandy, the member of staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in the product that I was buying. There was an excellent amount of beds and good quality mattresses to choose from.

We were served by Helena who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being a pushy salesperson. She suggested ideas which we were happy with, and gave us time to make up our own minds. And she made us coffee!

happy atmosphere among the staff my assistant did not badger me she answered all the questions i asked and stepped away to let me try the product as soon as i was ready she came straight away to my assiistance as i had decided to buy the product. It was a pleasant shopping trip.

we was highly pleased with lee/240 in your Basildon branch he knew exactly what he was talking about listened very patiently to me and my partner disagree on things we was made a lovely cup of coffee, it was a good experience especially when your spending 3000 on a bed. excellent

We approached as soon as we arrived but as soon as we said we were just looking we were left alone but were told to just call someone if we needed any help. We can stand pushy sales staff so this was a big tick for the Basildon store. Once we selected a bed we called Amanda for assistance who explained all about the mattress and the different kinds of mattresses available. Once we were happy we were offered chairs and a hot beverage whist we completed the paperwork. Amanda was very thorough, explaining everything as we went a long and had a great sense of humour. Amanda even asked my partner if he needed a different chair to sit on as he has just had a knee replacement and was starting to hurt (hence the new bed) he desperately needs some sleep after 6 weeks on the sofa as our bed has had its day. Also Amanda tried to get the fastest delivery time for us, even looking at changing the colour of the base for a speedier delivery, which we opted for. All in all a very swift, painless (for me anyway), pleasant experience. 2 very happy customers. Big Thank you to Amanda and the Team. Happy Christmas x

I spent a bit more on a bed then i was thinking of.

Lots of choice, plenty of staff on hand to help and had everything in stock so I could take the mattress and other items home with me straightaway

Tina was extremely helpful and very patience, understanding and knowledgeable to meet my requirements. I was highly satisfied with the service I received.
