salesman very polite, offered tea left us to peruse the store at our leisure and answered any questions confidently.

I was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the member of staff (Matt at Basildon). My only slight quibble was the delivery/installation cost for the Mattress. I get that it is a fixed price, but to charge £39 for carrying a mattress upstairs and putting it on a divan base is a big steep in my opinion. (the other Mattress has already been disposed of).

I have never completed a customer satisfaction survey before but on this occasion I just had to as we received such very exceptional service. We were served by Tina who straight away noticed that my father (who is 95 and who was buying the bed) needed assistance not only to buy a bed but with his mobility. She laughed with him, encouraged him to sit down and talk to another colleague whilst she and I (his daughter) found a bed of the right height, mattress to suit his very specific needs since his recovery from illness. She helped find two beds and them helped my father to the beds and try them out. Not once did she stop attending to him as he struggled to get onto the bed on his own (which is what he will have to do at home). She offered advice and help but was not in the least overpowering. She so helped to make him feel good and also helped me by making us feel welcomed and valued. Thank you.

My wife and I both have back problems and the chiropractor advised us on purchasing a particular type of mattress of which you had four different beds to chose from. We were pleased with the friendliness shown by all members of staff we dealt with and the fact that the bed could be delivered quickly.

The store had a good choice to look at. I was approached but not pestered and my questions were answered. Delivery date only just over a week to wait so pretty good.

A friendly and efficient service and good advice received from somebody who suffers similar body pains. A no fuss, straight forward process offering all that I needed, finance explained very well and accepted and the gentleman even helped me carry bedding to my car. Good work!
