John and the other members of staff were ready and willing to help when i needed them and left me alone to deliberate once they had answered my questions. We was greeted soon as we walked into the store by Mandy. I spoke to her about my needs she was understanding and was able to recommend some mattresses that would suit my needs. Mandy also brought over the cloud pillows whilst we was trying out the mattresses and we ended up buying those as well.I liked the fact that she gave us time to test the mattresses and make a decision without feeling pressurised into buying.

The gentleman that served us went out of his way to make sure that we selected the right mattress for us - he changed mattresses with various bases until we got the right combination. We have bought mattresses from Dreams before and have always been satisfied. We could not fault the service given and look forward to the delivery of our new mattress on the 10th October.

Having never purchased a mattress previously, I felt quite apprehensive at the prospect of choosing the perfect one for me. However, on arrival at Dreams in Basildon I was greeted by one of their salesmen, named Lee. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable regarding their products. He took the time to explain all the different varieties of mattress available and gave me a full proof method for working out which would be best suited to my personal needs. He gave me plenty of space and time to try every product and even made me and my mum a lovely cup of coffee! Lee worked out a brilliant deal for me that fitted within my budget and arranged for delivery within a couple of days. I could not have asked for a better service in any way. Lee is a valuable asset to dreams at basildon and I would not hesitate to recommend him personally to anyone considering buying a new mattress. Thanks Lee you took the stress and worry out of such an important and expensive buy.

The staff were very friendly and Lee in particular who assisted us was helpful and knowledgable. Service was excellent.

The sales rep (Lee) gave me enough time to have a look round myself before asking if I required assistance. He wouldn't let me run across the row of beds :( something to do with health and safety!!! Apart from the fact I needed a bed I had no idea what type I wanted so Lee asked me questions to help me narrow down the decision. His product knowledge was excellent and his patience amazing! It's a bit embarrassing lying on beds in public in front of strangers!!! Lee did try to upsell but I was quiet stubborn in sticking within my budget. Thank you Lee for all your help! Hope I have many good nights sleeps on my nice new bed :D
