my husband and i are disabled, the manager and the assistant were both very patient in understanding our sleeping difficulties and they done everything they could to help and advise us, i would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

We visited the store on three ocassions looking at beds and were offered assistance each time but never forcefully. When we decided on the bed we wanted the assistant was very courteous and explained everything plainly.

The member of staff who helped us who's name was Lee was very helpful and knowledgeable on the beds which helped a lot, we went in to look around for a bed at a later date and ended up buying one that which, so great service and nice experience, thank you

I was highly satisfied as staff were helpful and polite. Listened to us and came up with the right mattress to suit us also took into account our back and shoulder issues and pointed us in the right direction with pillows too.

Immediate assistance. Good product knowledge. Well displayed products. Very friendly pleasant Staff that gave a relaxing experience . Transaction Processed much faster than a similar purchase Took to process in a near by store . Particularly like that we have 40 day replace option.

My wife called me regarding one of your delivery drivers to 1 Mayflower Road Billericay. He was very nice in helping her get the matress upstairs. I would personally like to thank him for making the job a lot easier for my wife. Also the man in the store took us through in how to order a bed and the only reason we bought a bed then and there was because of his help. Taylor Harding

I visited the store previously and the member of staff was very knowledgable. Upon returning to the store another staff member took our order.

Tina did well, i went in looking for a bed, didn't really know what i wanted as far as the mattress was concerned and she advised me and showed me a number of options until i found one i liked. She explained stuff to me and apologised if she was condescending, which she wasn't, as i knew nothing and hadn't bought a new bed in 15 years.

Went in for measurements of our new bed on order and came out buying matching bedside cabinets that were new in store
