Sales staff were on hand, Tina was very infomative, asked us questions and gave appropriate suggestion, allowed us thinking time in order to decide. Very pleasant and will informed.

We were very pleased with the service from the assistants. John helped us in choosing our bed and mattress and was very polite and extremely helpful. We enjoyed our visit to the store and are very pleased with our purchase and will be going back again to choose our headboard.

I knew what I was looking for, but John was very helpful without being intrusive. He was able to show us alternatives and to give us the technical information to enable us to make our an informed decision. There was no "hard sell". John and his colleages were firiendly ans welcoming, and the store was clean, bright and airy. Well done.

The salesman Lee was very welcoming asking what requirements I had, he then talked me through the colours on the beds and to ry more than one bed followed his advice and soon found the bed I waned. He then explained about the difference in colours of the base and showed me them. A very good shopping trip was had with his help.

The staff who assisted us (Tina) was very friendly, available every time we visited which was around four times. She was able to give us the information that we needed without rushing us and we were glad to go back to see her. She was happy to stick with us as we tried different options for mattresses and was able to assist us in our many different needs, i would gladly recommend her to anyone who visits Dreams in Basildon.
