Tony provided great assistance. I went specifically to store to look at a bed I had seen online. He let us browse first, then asked if we required assistance and kindly demonstrated the use of the bed. After querying the price on display that was different to online, he checked and informed us the online price was correct. Even after lots of deliberation, he then suggested another type of base which was similar to what I was after but a higher specification and again demonstrated how the mechanism worked - all the while leaving us to deliberate and checking on us every so often. Once a decision was made, he clearly talked through the payment process and even when asked the question of if the installation extra was necessary, he demonstrated what was required to install which allowed us to make a decision on that as well. Overall, very helpful whilst giving us the necessary space without being pushy at all.

The customer service agent at the store we visited in Basildon (Maria) as soon as we got at the store... she came straight to us... and immediately saw a good customer service oriented person, she then talked us through the products, gave us space to explore and just at about the right time came back for further assistance and got the sale for the store! Presto.

I had done my research online first of all so thanks to the info on the website I knew what I thought I wanted. I went to the store to try my choice out first and was able to find it easily. I was seen straight away by an assistant who was able to answer any questions I had and took me through all the details and conditions quickly. He clearly knew what he was talking about and was very friendly to talk to. Could not have asked for more from my visit thank you.

It was a very smooth transaction, Maria who served us was very helpful and thorough, it helped that I knew what I was looking for but Maria showed us all our options and made it very simple.
