Very impressed with the product prices and the customer service. Nothing more I hate than being pestered as soon as you get in a shop but we have a couple minutes of breathing space to have a browse before a very lovely attendant came over and helped with our selection of mattress, bed, covers etc etc. very impressed. Would highly recommend.

We were served by Lee, he knew what he was talking about and even advised me on the colour of the headboard, which was to me very helpful. Lee wasn't at all pushy but was there when I wanted a question answered. The purchase of the bed went very smooth. First rate.

Because I was greeted and helped the moment I walked into the store and was looking for a Pacific sort of bed so I was able to try the beds out and found the one I was looking for quite quickly. The assistant was very helpful which made my shopping faster and easier for me and I was able to make my own choice .

Tina,was so helpful.i popped in to see if I could get a pillow,that was comfortable for me and my husband,and was fed up with buying pillows,they felt like golf balls after,use.Tina was so helpful and understood my problem,she explained about every pillow you sold, Then she let me lay on a bed and try the one I wanted, What a lovley helpfull lady,I will defiantly recommend dreams to my friends and family Thank you Mrs c place
