The sales assistant who assisted us ticked all the boxes for friendliness and knowledge

Mandy, was very courteous and knowledgeable. After introducing herself to me and my partner, she allowed us to peruse the store at our leisure and when we had queries about the types of mattresses she was on hand to provide us with the answers we required and then left us again to find the mattress that was best for us. Completing the sale was fast and easy

The lady who kindly made the time to sit and go through things with us as we didn't have a clue what we was looking for went through lots of beds with patents finally helped us choose the perfect bed and mattress and we also got a lovely banana smoothie on our visit thanks Tina can't wait for our new bed! 😊

Our experience in some shops has been that we have been jumped on by a salesman before having any opportunity to browse. This was not the case in your store. We looked carefully at what was available, and only then did the salesman approach. He was very helpful as well as friendly, even offering us coffee and did not press us to make a decision, a pleasure to deal with.

Very helpful staff good sense of humour tea and coffee offered more than once as we were there quite a while they knew what they were talking about and my husband and I had a laugh and a joke with them while choosen our bed and mattress. Over all a enjoyable shopping trip. Would recommend to friends family and even strangers.

Highly satisfied with the service at the Basildon store, Tina the assistant was very nice, very helpful and did not pressurise you. I ended up with a very nice bed and mattress in the budget I wanted.

Served by Matthew ..who spent an unbelievable amount of time guiding us through the different range of beds .. knew loads about build quality ..special features ..very good all round actually .tell him thanks from us both please ..oh and thank you for the Tea ..nice touch indeed .
