The staff were exceedingly helpful. One member offered and agreed to pick up item from another store to enable us to obtain item from our local store. What you call going the extra mile.

Matt was very helpful, gave me the information I needed to make an informed choice and did not put any pressure on me to make a purchase.

John was very informative and explained things fully with us to meet our needs

The lady who served us was knowledgeable and took the time to find out want we wanted from our new bed including style and comfort, she did not try and rush us into making a purchase and she was extremely friendly and thanked us for our custom

The lady in the store took me around the store explaining all the different mattress that dreams provides, she even made me a lovely cup of tea as well, she didn't rush me or pressurised me to buy, I was so happy with the service that Tina gave me I just had to give my business she spoke about covering my bed for 8 years as well. She is a great salesperson and she is an asset to the company.

To clarify the reason we are unlikely to return to THIS Dreams is we were visiting the area NOT because of any other reason. The staff were all very friendly. Our lady Helena was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The whole experience was an enjoyable one.

within thirty minutes we had tried and tested matresses, two being brought from the stock area, paid and been helped to put matress in back of our vehicle excellent service.

The salesman was very polite and friendly, he was attentive and answered all our queries clearly. As the bed we wanted was not stocked in the store the salesman was still very conversant with details about this product which was very helpful. The only downside of this purchase was the delivery dates which were quite limited.
