The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products in store. They offered options based on my preferences and explained the company processes for purchase and delivery very well. They were courteous and helpful.

Staff was very pleasant and seemed very happy when I entered the shop and there was no hassle sorting out what mattress that I needed. There was no presser into buying the staff just let me alone to choose which one I wanted and also helped me choosing my pillows that I have purchased . I enjoyed my visit to your store very much and would tell every that needs a new bed to go to Dreams as they were just great.

We got a warm welcome & we showed them the paperwork from our last bed from dreams ( even met the man who'd sold it to us nearly 10 years ago! ) and they recommended several beds & we chose one that we loved .

The sales assistant listened to what we needed and why, he was very comprehensive in the choices we had but also did not feel pressured which is nice! although we only went to price up what we wanted which Matthew knew at the beginning he was still very helpful and showed us different mattresses and varying price brackets, and expertly made the sale there and then

We came in for a headboard, received assistance, placed our order, paid and left. The assistant we had was very helpful and answered all questions we had. Left feeling highly satisfied and look forward to receiving the headboard.

I told the staff member what I was looking for and straight away I was able to find what I wanted. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very helpful, on the ball assistant with a nice sense of humour. Nothing too much trouble.

Knew what I wanted, went straight in, staff (David) greeted and assisted me to the right place, explained what I wanted, paid and left. As easy as that. Very happy with the quick but friendly service.

Matt was friendly without being overly familiar, put himself out to find what we required and any questions were answered in a very professional way. We kept changing our minds as to what we wanted but Matt took it in his stride and made sure we were happy with results.
