This is not the first time we have purchased a bed from Dreams, and when we visited your store in Basildon both the Assistants remembered us from 3 years ago, It was a pleasant shopping experience and Amanda (Mandy) was very helpful and knowledgeable with regards to our needs. We were even allowed to mix and match mattresses, unlike John Lewis where you could only have the bed and mattress which were on display although the mattress was so very hard, so we headed for Dreams where we found the Bed and Mattress that suited our needs. We were even offered a cup of coffee which was a nice touch. All in all it was a very pleasant shopping experience, and if there is a need for a new bed we will definitely go to Dreams. Please pass our thanks to the staff of the Basildon shop.

We were highly satisfied with the service we experienced at Dreams in Basildon, specifically David. We were welcomed with a friendly greeting but were given space and time while we looked around by ourselves. When we were ready the staff were on hand to help and provide advice. We were offered tea while we were deciding and no request was too much as David moved a particular mattress from one bed to another for us. After we had chosen what we wanted we were advised of other discounts on pillows and duvets and then the 'checkout' process was just as smooth. Would highly recommend to friends and well done to David for his great customer service.

We was able to try as many beds as we liked & when we hound the bed we liked we ordered the bed it was quick & enjoyable expatrence to have done & Matt helped with making our mind up with the bed .

Helena the assistant who placed our order was a real Credit to your company. She was both knowledgable and friendly without being a 'pushy sales assistant'. She was efficient when placing the order and explained the process as she went along. In fact all the staff at this store were friendly and helpful.
