Friendly helpful staff (Matt) and a number of finance options that suited us and our needs.

A quick efficient process provided by helpful, knowledgeable staff.

We were given all the help we needed, without being pushed or harassed too much. The staff member was very friendly and helpful and gave us time to make our final decision.

The service provided by the staff member at Basildon (David) was excellent. He spent all the time necessary to deal with our queries and problems of choosing the right product. This involved three visits to the store and he happily accepted this. He also went out of his way to provide the combination of products that we required and within a very good time scale for delivery. The store itself provided us with an excellent range of products to select from.

David spent a lot of time with us explaining different beds and mattresses.

The sales assistant was very helpful.i explained what i wanted i was shown products & there was no pressure just a pleasant experience

We were given assistance the whole time, even offered a cup of tea! Store was clean and tidy and comfortable.

I arrived at the store and was not harassed by any salesmen they gave me time to walk aroun and try out all the beds in my own time. I then asked an assistant (David) to show me how the storage compartment worked on the bed I liked the most. He was very knowledgable and told me all the deals and what was the best value for money. I was already pretty sure what bed I wanted after trying all of the options and my assistant was very happy to help me. He was very friendly and we had a little joke whilst making the sale. He was really helpful in picking me a delivery date convenient for me and making sure I knew the process and everything that would happen on the day. The store itself was very clean and had a great selection of beds.
