Dreams - New Basildon

It was between Benson and Dreams but David in basildon matched the price of Benson bed that I was interested in and what really helped the fact it is covered for 10 years that gave us peace of mind also the trial period in case we don't find it comfortable . So now looking forward to our delivery

We were assisted by Helena at the Basildon Store and she was very helpful showing us a more then one bed she also had a good knowledge especially that she has an older daughter and we were shopping for a bed for our older daughter so she knew how to assist that is a great asset to a company.

I was offered a cup of tea. I did not feel pressurised. They explained the differences between beds and allowed me time to try them out and gave me a pillow to help me see the effect. They were understanding of my circumstances and were very helpful in sorting a deliver date.

After receiving a warm welcome to the store we were quickly guided to the area of beds of which we were interested in. Lee was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy or persistent. We valued his advice on the bed and he found us a good deal , better than the previous store we had visited. We liked the layout of the store and are very pleased with the quality of the bed and accessories. Also the prompt delivery is very helpful. Thank you Dreams. P Frost

Friendly, helpful, knowledgable staff (not just the colleague serving us). We were given time to have a look and a chat after receiving the information we needed. The staff were great with our children who were with us at the time.

We were encouraged to take our time, We were not put under any pressure.We were made to feel welcome being offered a drink etc.

The sales man was efficient, knew his stock, and was helpful enough to be around when needed and to give us space when he knew we needed it.

We found the sales assistant very helpful, and he understood the product he was selling. The rest of the staff were also helpful.
