Very helpful assistance, helped us understand how the beds work and assist with which bed to buy to suit us.

We went to Dreams to have a look at beds, we were also planning on visiting other shops. We were very impressed with the salesman (David Sawyer) who explained in detail about the beds - ie. springs, wadding, memory foam etc. that we decided not to visit other shops and purchase the bed on the first visit to a bed shop.

They were really friendly an helpful

Because the assistant was very thorough in explaining all we needed to know and very helpful we could not have asked for a better service we will shop there again we tried 3 other bed shops and dreams was far the best.

We came into the store knowing only that we wanted to buy a bed as my wife hasn't been sleeping well, but we had no knowledge of what precisely we were looking for. Lee led us through all the possible choices and enabled us to make a good decision as to which was the best bed for us. To date we have only slept on it for two nights, but so far so good. In principle your employee enabled us to make a sound decision.

THE SALESMAN WAS A YOUNG MAN NAMED CHRIS - HE WAS TRAINING INSTORE AS HE WAS GOING TO TAKE OVER HIS OWN STORE THE NEXT DAY - HE WAS POLITE FRIENDLY AND ANYTHING WE ASKED WHICH HE WASN'T SURE OF (AS I SAY IT WASN'T HIS STORE) HE ASKED A SENIOR SALESMAN.

Both Helena and Michaels customer service was exemplary. They were both professional yet friendly and answered my every question. The whole experience form start to finish was impeccable
