Excellent service, friendly

We found Maria polite, friendly with a willingness to help us choose the right mattresses for our family, giving us lots of information and time to try out different mattresses after using the instore machine to calculate which would be the best options for us, we didn't feel rushed at any time during our experience instore. She also offered us bottled water when we were in store which I thought was a nice gesture. 10 out 10 from us for Maria's professionalism, for someone who hadn't been in the job long, I can certainly say that we thought she had worked there a long time, she was very confident and knowledgeable about the products instore, a credit to your company.

The member of staff (john) was very knowledgeable and gave us adequate time to make our minds up with no pressure.
