I felt your staff were friendly and welcoming the person who dealt with me matt cartwright had a good sense of humour their was no pressure .l told him to take of his balaclava and stop trying to rob me I walked in your store a rich man and left poor .overall my experience was good and I would recommend dreams.

Once we explained what we needed and your sales representative had shown us what was on offer we were left to browse without constant harassment.

The lady staff who served me remembered me, haven been there recently to purchase beds. I was to be charged about £10 for delivery, but got slashed to £5 as I already have a pending delivery
