Dreams - New Basildon

I am highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams as Helena and Matt were extremely helpful with picking out the perfect mattress and pillows for my needs and the fact that they did not bagger me with any items or products I did not need.

The assistant (Helena) was informative and friendly. She listened to our needs was very helpful suggesting exactly what we were looking for.

Compared to another well known bed store that I have been to the staff at Dreams were extremely helpful, polite, friendly and appeared to be far more knowledgeable.

I was very pleased with the staff at the Basildon Westgate store they was very helpful and took their time with me and also offered me some cups of tea and biscuits and offered some advice on bedding range and also gave me advice on the 40 nights guarantee , this was easy to understand and was very clear to read and would recommend to friends and family to buy from this store.

The lady who served me, Amanda, was courteous, extremely helpful, took time to explain and show me the products in store and did not prompt or push me to buy any unwanted/unnecessary extras. The price of the products could and should be a lot cheaper, however, this is not the sales persons fault. I hope that the product is of a sufficient quality and standard when delivered and installed and that it is both comfortable and long lasting.

There was no hassle or sales interference whilst we decided what we wanted and then when we were ready the sales person helped us through the ordering process.
