Dreams - New Basildon

My visit to Dreams waqs highly satisfactory due largely to the help AND ASSISTANCE GIVEN BY THE SALESMAN (MATTHEW) WHOSE KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCTS WAS MOST HELPFUL IN MAKING MY MIND UP AS TO CHOICE OF BED. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE.

The Staff didn't pounce on you as soon as you walk through the door but were readily available to help as soon as you ask. they were very patient with us especially as my husband is disabled. they were very knowledgeable. they offered us and the family refreshments and the children sweats. over all they made our visit stress free and I would not hesitate to visit or recommend them to anyone.

Advisor was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

We managed to find all 3 beds that we were looking for, for our new family home. We found a mattress different to the one we wanted, but it ended up being better and cheaper slightly. It was recommended by the member of staff that helped us - Matt at the Basildon store.

Went in had time to look around then the sale rep come over helped me with what I was looking for and got a good deal

The salesman David was brilliant had a cup of tea and was shown every mattress available and told everything about all of them and really helped us out to choose the right one lovely service x

Friendly staff , clean store, not pushy took time to listen and have us all the options.

I bought a bed and mattress in December 2014 and the same member of staff served me then very polite helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. I returned to the store 17/04/15 and bought two Topper mattresses at a bargain price One was for my Mother who did not want to spend alot of money on a new mattress and the assistant suggested the Topper - My Mother said itis so very comfortable and she had the best night sleep for a long time. The other Topper was for my son who also said the same thing I would definately recommend Dreams to friends and family and will in the future return to the store
