Helena the lady who served us was very helpful and very patient with us while we decided on our products, she made us feel very welcome and was very knowledgable with helping us find the right matress for us. We were also very happy with the amount of products we got for our money.

Staff really gave the impression of care and made the extra effort with getting the right product, Helena was great!

I brought my mother to your store as beds are available to touch and lay on etc. My mother is disabled and in a wheelchair so it was important she could attempt to get in and out of bed by herself, your store allowed for this and items needed moving about to accomodate which your staff were only happy to oblige.

The dreams staff were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel comfortable while waiting, kids were happy because they got an Easter egg for being so good.

Went in to look at bedside tables, met Michael who was very helpful, as there was nothing in just bedsides that I was looking for he advised that they had the Alpine set on floor which I could get 3 for 2 on all pieces as well as offering an extra 30% off the Al ready discounted price, this was an offer to good to miss so I signed the dotted line!

I went with my 93 yr old Father to choose a mattress for him. The assistant, Michael, was extremely helpful, friendly, kind and above all very knowledgable. He explained the difference between coil springs, pocket springs, foam, memory mattress etc. brilliantly. Also the 40 night exchange scheme gives a great peace of mind especially since I have had a bad experience elsewhere. Had I know all that information when my husband and I chose a new bed not so long ago, (at the wrong place!) and it proving to be unsatisfactory we might have got the right bed and mattress! When we change this one, I'm definately coming to Dreamland!
