I found it very confusing when I looked on line to try and find what I wanted. In Deams I said what I wanted and the sales assistance found it for me

Overwhelmed by quantity of mattresses available. Helena (assistant) extremely knowledgeable and helpful in ascertaining our needs and pointing us in the right direction. She explained the composition of each of our short list of mattresses in order to help us make the right choice

The staff were all very happy and friendly and made us feel comfortable trying the beds and didn't rush us or lose interest while we were deciding what bed to purchase. Matt gave us the help we needed but wasn't pushy and had a good knowledge of the products. Overall a very happy customer so far.

David the salesman and his colleagues were friendly, informative and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt relaxed whilst making my mind up and wasn't rushed - I left feeling very confident and happy about my purchase which was important as it was a significant amount for me to spend.
