David who served us was very friendly and made us feel at ease. He allowed us to look without hounding us like some sales assistants do but then came to see if we were OK. From then on he was brilliant and couldn't do enough to assist us. We also noticed the friendliness of the entire staff and how they work well as a team. If I was looking for a job I would certainly love to work there. We were very, very satisfied.

I set up a direct debit it was declined. I have bought 3 beds a d two bedroom Suites from your door in,Basildon. I have never been declined so felt really embarrassed. The assistant gave me a paper to contact them so have made application I do t feel comfortable about going in again Sad as I love shopping there.

I just feel the prices are high

Staff ability to reduce clearance item. For a mediocre discount no 40 day trial. £900 for a bed is still substantial

The style of bed I had in mind to purchase was not available within the store ! However I opted for a compromise of a slightly different style of bed which was satisfactory!
