I was very satisfied with the level of service that was carried out within the store. However overall I was not satisfied with the result of my product after purchase.

Met by John on arrival. Showed us the hand cleansing station. We wanted a Tempura or similar mattress. We went on the bed assessment machine where we lay and waited instructions from the machine but it was difficult to hear properly instructions given. Was the bed we lay on cleansed before we lay? It did not seem to have been done after. We were given a personal pillow to test each bed we laid on and that was helpful. John had on a full face mask and when he spoke his speech was distorted so at times had to ask him to repeat himself.(nouns fault)

Not a problem at all but due to covid and safety practices we had to wait for earlier customers to finish. It took longer than usual but to be expected and not a problem at all
