Not a problem at all but due to covid and safety practices we had to wait for earlier customers to finish. It took longer than usual but to be expected and not a problem at all

There was nothing wrong with the visit, I just felt that we received a lot of attention when purchasing our mattress, but not as much attention when it come to picking out a bed frame/divan. It did not affect our ability to make our purchases and the sales assistant was polite and courteous throughout

Offered help and then walked away and sat down and started talking to colleagues. When he should of stayed and guided us for another minute as to where to look. Although when he did come back, he was very helpful.
