Overall the experience was great and very informative, however there were a few conflicting things from the sales lady. Although she was very knowledgable. I think there was a great range however it’s a bit confusing is the firm/medium/very firm, maybe a grading structure would be better and I wanted a firm/medium!! I think the 30 night guarentee is a great idea. I think there’s a lot to choose from and there for perhaps more information on the products about features, like natural fibres or even what’s the difference between mattresses in your price range.

Very experienced salesman knew what I was looking for.

My partner and myself were very happy with how we got treated at Dreams. Dreams staff (Mandy and Tony) are lovely and so friendly, you sure know your stuff and thankyou ever so much, oh and lovely cuppa.

We visited 3 stores before making our purchase. The first was Chelmsford where Maria could not have been any better. She made us feel comfortable, literally, found the right products for us and gave fantastic advice. She wasn't pushy or overbearing. The 2nd store was Thurrock. We just went in to have another look at confirm our decision, but I found the assistant very pushy and clearly only interested in making a sale not in meeting our needs. The final store was Basildon, where we made our purchase. We knew exactly what we wanted, but the assistants were still helpful and full of advice as well as being polite and friendly. My only disappointment was that we could not draw out a bigger discount.

I was very satisfied, for me to be highly satisfied I would expect something exceptional. Everything seemed to be normal business.

The staff member was very helpful and straight to the point hounest with me about the product the store itself had a good selection and was clean however it was let down Due to the product I wanted was not available to me was the frame the mattress could come on Saturday but I'll be waiting until January for my base this was highly inconvenient

The items we chose were not in the sale!

Although the assistant was not unhelpful, he wasn’t really helpful either. It seemed as though he wasn’t bothered if we bought anything or not. At first we thought there was no one there to serve us as the shop seemed empty.

There was only one single foam mattress left in the price I could afford. I needed two.
