No particular reason, everyone was friendly and helpful. We chose to spend time looking around on our own before placing an order with a member of staff so couldn’t put highly satisfied as we didn’t require a lot of staff assistance to comment.

Making beds in one colour only 3 beds i wanted you never done one in grey had to pick another to get what i wanted you should think about doing beds in more than ONE colour only your sell a lot more bensons and funiture village do a much better range to pick in what colour you want

DELIVERY TIME OF 10 DAYS IS TOO LONG, PLUS, THE AMOUNT OF MONEY IT COSTS TO TAKE THE OLD BED AWAY. OTHERWISE, HIGHLY SATISFIED.

Basically down to the price of the product we were purchasing at the end of the day but the service was excellent and very friendly. We did go for the more expensive product in the end however due to quality and comfort. The store in itself was great however.

The staff were informative, friendly and offered assistance immediately upon entering the store. I am aware any salesperson, especially if on commission based salary, are eager to close every sale as quick as possible, I personally feel a customer, after the initial polite welcome greeting should be allowed to view the products freely. You have a good sales team at your Basildon store congratulations.
