I bought a new mattress and although I tried it in the store I am unable to be highly satisfied until I have taken delivery and spent at least one night on it.

I was very satisfied with my experience at the Dreams store. Not ticking highly satisfied was not a reflection of the advice or choices given. The lady who served me was excellent.

I would have preferred to be given a delivery date on the day of ordering, I still don't know when the bed will be delivered now. Also the order summary paper copy does not give the total cost so I have got that from the email

nobody is perfect. Very friendly staff and really quick. The only down side is the length of time for delivery (7 weeks) but understandable as the product has to come from outside of uk.

I was pillow shopping, I was in the store around 15 minutes max, the process was fine.
