When we purchased our previous bed from Dreams we were offered some free pillows, this time we were not. We were given some pillows to test and when we asked about them and their cost they were ridiculously high, we were then offered some basic pillows but again not for free which given we were spending over £1000 felt that at least 1 or 2 pillows could have been a kind gesture for our repeat custom.

I had already seen what I wanted on line and went in store to see if it was to the standard I expected. So the staff didn't have to do a lot, just order it.

On our visit to Dreams on 1 October we were unable to make a purchase on credit as the systems had gone down. We had to return the following day to try again.
