Paid a lot of money for just a double bed, mattress is not as should be and cost £899 which was offer price, had a bad back since arrival of bed, nothing like the bed tried. Pricing totally confusing. Delivery guys lovely but took chunk out wall going upstairs with bed frame and it's brand new house

The computer system used by staff to order beds is clearly not fit for purpose. It took 2 staff nearly 15 minutes to find the bed frame, mattress and headboard on the system.

To be highly satisfied implies a perfect visit, an unattainable target except under exceptional circumstances. This however does not mean we were in any way dissatisfied with the service we received.

The staff were friendly and helpful but they didn't really offer advice on what bed would be best for our needs. Just left us to try them. They might have been able to give us a better understanding as to what we should have been looking for.

It is very difficult to be highly satisfied all the time. We new what we wanted so needed very little help and as for value for money everyone will always want something cheeper than what they are paying. It is not a negative opinion off service.

We visit the store twice during the day. The stuff is helpful during both of the visit. However, they tuned out of biscuit and cookie in the store.
