Confusion with delivery details, we decided on a date different to the original before it was put into system, but the assistant put wrong date and couldn't change it for 15 minutes and I worried it could not be changed, but it all worked out ok

after spending over 2000.00 pounds on new beds. i could have been offered more of a discount. like not having to pay for my old beds to be recycled

The sales person (Jason) was very helpful. The biggest problem was with the lack of delivery dates. I called to try and change delivery date, but there seemed to be a lack of options.

I was sold an insurance policy/care plan with the bed. I was offered a waterproof cover for the mattress but explained that my daughter couldn't sleep on one of these. Having paid for the protection plan I returned home and read the small print on the policy only to find I was not covered because the mattress had to be protected by a waterproof cover!! This made the cover I paid for invalid. At no point was this mentioned when I was sold the policy. I have had to phone Dreams to cancel the cover and am still waiting to see the money has been refunded onto my card. At this point it still isn't showing up. Disappointed.

A bit more information and assistance in comparing different products would have been helpful. The sales person was extremely friendly and offered us drinks on two occasons but did not really find out our requirements.
