We wish we had more warranty period

Discount product had 20% of but the till didn't have the discount code .it took to other members of staff to check the product and then finally they worked out the discountil and took the price of another product we had purchased . All in all this put a lot of extra time on the transaction at the counter . Instead of 10 minutes it took almost half an hour to complete our order .

Staff assistance was satisfactory, perhaps the sales person was a little to pushy Prefer a more suttle approach

Spent over£1000 but could not get any discount or free items. My last bed came from Bensons and they threw in a couple of pillows.

BECAUSE THERE WAS A SALE ON THERE WERE MORE CUSTOMERS THAN USUAL AND SO I HAD TO WAIT LONGER THAN NORMAL

I was satisfied with the over all help, understanding, patience and the communication of the dreams store sale assistant through out the whole purchase of a mattress. They did not rush us and push us to buying what we didn't want.

The assistant told us when looking at the beds, "bed A is available to be delivered within 2 weeks but bed B won't be delivered until early Feb". We chose bed A to then find out,,when the purchase was almost complete, it won't be delivered for almost a month. Secondly, my wife overheard two assistants be very disrespectful and rude about another customers child

Did not seem a lot of staff coverage and we were not approached at any time with offer of assistance. Had to approach staff to place order.
