Dreams - New Basildon

We have been charged £39 for delivery whereas if I had ordered this online, I would not have to have paid for delivery. I feel cheated.

Failed finance checks but still purchased items. Staff were excellent however

I identified what I needed and the assistant was helpful however, I did not want pillows and when the assistant said I have thrown in pillows I assumed they were free as we never discussed pillows only beds and mattresses. Excited, my sons tore the plastic bag once we got into the car and when I got home I looked at my receipt which I had asked to be emailed and realized that I had actually paid for pillows. As my sons had opened the bag, I couldn't return them to shop. The assistant needs to listen to what the customer wants not think about their own commission.

The price of the goods is a little high and a little more choice/variety in store would have been nicer. Staff were friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I called back the next day and staff were friendly, polite and helpful on phone as well.

We cannot be highly satisfied until we receive our order in October when we can then view our situation with the product. We had very good attention at the Dreams shop in Basildon we wern`t ready to make a order yet as we had other shops to view but we decided that the bed we chose was for us, and purchased it. Very convenient for me as I bought the same product last year and just needed to replace some parts of the products, but could not get them, so had to buy another ones.

I was happy with the service and ease of ordering my bed but the price was higher than expected from looking online although it was explained to me why

I was satisfied with my experience which I have awarded eighty percent but not 100% which I think is OK. I would have been highly satisfied if some items would have their prices more clearly marked.

Was surprised at the cost of mattresses but overall realised that it was because of the quality.

It was fine, nothing negative - would just need to exceed expectations to get top score.
