I am satisfied with the experience at the store and i am pleased with the purchase I made. I was also asking about a second purchase that i wanted to make and this was more expensive then i had expected. I feel that if it was offered on 0% interest I would have probably made the purchase of the 2 beds together which would have been in excess of £2500. I only realised the 0% offer from the website after i had returned home. I feel if this was discussed during my visit i would have made the purchase. But overall the sales assistant was lovely and i would definitely return.

Product knowledge, bonded leather is not from the underneath of the cow, it is man made using leather shavings.

Just would have liked a better price on matress but so would everyone

I think to be highly satisfied everything would have needed to be perfect.

Went into the Southend branch (nearest to our home) to buy two mattresses for our young children. I had an idea what I was looking but not being an expert I sought assistance which resulted in the shop assistant taking one look at the mattress I had picked out & simple replied 'you'll have to order that online' She didn't even try to show me any alternatives. We decided to go to the Basildon branch as always had good service in there. Went in, was pleasantly greeted by an assistant called Tina - she was wonderful & spent time listen to what I wanted & how important it was to me to get the right mattress for my young children. Left the store with two mattresses, pillows & duvet covers, so very productive & pleased - just a shame we had to travel further from where we live to get this excellent customer service!

1) What I wanted was not available, so I had to settle for the next best or alternative. Wanted Bruges SK B/S Wood Sleigh (Sprung Slats) and was offered and took Bruges SK B/S Natural Wood Sleigh Sprung Slats) instead. 2) Final invoice very confusing as we were offered 2x free pillows however it appears that pillows were charged for and discount offered on purchase of mattress instead.

Would have preferred a little more flexibility on price, not happy with having to pay so much for delivery of product, felt like being held over a barrel.

Due to the high amount of money we paid for the beds, we were dissapointed that we still had to pay a delivery charge

was not told I had to pay extra on top of delivery to have existing mattress taken away. Will need to go back to store to get bag for old mattress
