Our assistant Sophy was very helpful and professional and gave us time to make up our own minds without trying to push certain lines or extras.

ON ARRIVAL AT THE STORE JOHN APPROACHED US AND EXPLAINED THE COVID REQUIREMENTS ASKED IF WE REQUIRED ANY ASSISTANCE WE SAID WE WOULD LIKE TO LOOK ROUND ADVISED US THAT IF WE DID REQUIRE ANY HELP OR INFORMATION WHERE HE WAS IN THE STORE. WHEN WE REQUESTED INFORMATION WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE . GAVE TIME AND SPACE FOR US TO MAKE OUR CHOICE. PROCESS OF ORDERING WAS QUICK AND ALL ARRANGEMENTS CHECK TO ENSURE CORRECT

The sales adviser (Sophie) gave us her undivided attention for as long as we needed it, knowing when to leave us to make our comparisons at our own pace, and when to return to offer advice and further information. It was the best sales experience I can remember for many years; Sophie is to be highly commended.

I was greeted with a friendly approach advising the use of hand sanitiser and free bottled water if required on entering the store. Sophie who was with a customer when I arrived served me. A colleague explaining that she would be with me in a short while. My questions were answered regarding the bunk beds I was purchasing. They were excellent value for the quality and the purchase procedure was fully explained. Sophie was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My overall experience at Dreams was positive and successful. Well done.

We are old age pensioners on a budget . We came into your Basildon store and a salesman called Tony helped us to buy 2 beds. They were lovely and so was he. He was so good at his job. We were so pleased with our purchases and are looking forward to their arrival which will be quite soon. Many thanks.

John was very professional and friendly! He helped my mum find the best mattress and she tried the sleep machine. He also offered us a water which was lovely of him. Really impressed with his level of service.
