The price you charge for delivering, assembling and disposal of a bed is extortionate. You should do a package that covers all 3 for a reduced rate. £39 for delivery is ridiculous its not like you can pick the bed up yourself so you have to have it delivered.

Not pleased to find that store wanted £39-99 to dispose of my old mattress, so I shall dispose of it myself. I should think that this should be a free service.

as a valued customer over the years ive brought all my bedroom furniture from this store,i was disapointed i had to pay for delivery(£39.00) i think if you spend over a certain amount it should be free.Also my calculation for my items were different to the shop assistants working out.But i took it for granted he was right??????

Staff, particularly Lee, were extremely helpful. However, delivery times on the precise items I would have liked were too long. I originally wanted a 4' double with wooden headboard but that is not available. I needed delivery within next 2-3 weeks and have ended up with a 4'6" bed with metal frame.

The staff was unable to demonstrate how the sound quality of the TV bed worked due to the fact that the TV bed was not set up properly but was able to show me how the TV comes out of the bed.

I was disappointed that you dont take american express as a payment method. I would have thought a major retailer like dreams would accept amex. Additionally I was disappointed to find out that whilst you offer free basic delivery online you don't offer this in store and I was only informed of the 39.99 delivery charge at the point of payment. Basic delivery was all i needed and i feel i was forced into paying 39.99 just to have the delivery carried a few feet inside my flat to my bedroom.

delivery charges levied at shop purchase but not online purchases.Delivery charge was cancelled by salesman as goodwill gesture to gain sale, but tainted the shop buying expierience .

Only reason really was price but at the end of the day you get what you pay for and the service was great.
