Staff on site were courteous and helpful, the place was being shuffled round so it was not readily easy to find the type of bed I required (may be an idea to reshuffle before opening hours and communicate to all members, this would also avoid the safety of having to carry beds around when the shop is open). The bed was not particularly cheap but the delivery and recycling of my old bed I thought were excessive, maybe a combined deal to remove and dispose should encourage a discount ? Finally the availability of the product was not quick enough, it would have been good to have had the bed within the week. I hope you find the feedback helpful and constructive, a culture of improvement is encouraging, I would be interested in how you use this information to improve the experience at Dreams. Scott

We did find the additional charges for delivery and set up ,surprising , and the cost of removing the old mattress and headboard was 3 times the fee that the local authority charge for disposal . We will find it easier to pass an opinion when the items are delivered and in use . The fact that if we find the mattress is at all unsuitable , or we have any problem it will be exchanged , a very decisive plus .

FELT PRICE WAS HIGH. HELENA WHO HELPED US ON OUR VISIT HOWEVER, WAS OUTSTANDING. HER KNOWLEDGE, PATIENCE IS A TRUE ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY.

Paul was very helpful whist not pressurising us into a decision, he gave us space and time to try other options and made us a cup of tea

We are waiting on a mattress, so until I have slept on it for a period of time, I can't say how satisfied I am, but all the staff were pleasant and helpful.

No instructions came when bed delivered and one bolt missing rang store immediately but still waiting for call back

It was all going well until we went to pay for our mattress & pillow. The first thing that annoyed us was that the website said the mattress was in stock & available from Monday 11th Jan & but when went to pay for it it turned out not to be available for over 2 weeks! The most annoying part was not having the delivery charge explained to us & it was taken for granted that we would pay the £40. We wasn't told that we could have free delivery until we questioned what we were being charged. This we found to be a crafty way getting more money out of people & left us seething. We did get free delivery but only after challenging the price.

Because when the bed was delivered we found it was the wrong one. When it was investigated, we were told that the wrong one had been ordered and the new one was not in stock, and if we were to have the correct bed, we were also quoted the incorrect cost - although the cost was displayed on the bed. Since this we have been told this has been sorted out. But we are left with the incorrect bed in our hallway, and the new bed will not be delivered until February. The store staff we originally said there was nothing they would do, in fact he almost encouraged us to cancel the order. Since then a manager telephoned us and sorted it out, but I would not be in a hurry to return
