Dreams - New Basildon

told i had to pay p&p. when i knew it was free from looking at website earlier.

I was highly dissatisfied with the level of service & assistance.. I knew what products I was interested in before visiting the Basildon Store before making a purchase.. I found the level of service given was shocking.. the sales person came across to be rude & arrogant and my sale all seemed to be rushed.. Although I do like the product I’ve purchased, I won’t be using the dreams Basildon store again!!
