No body came and asked if I needed help, i had to walk over the the collegeues who were sat behind their desk, neither of which stood up and asked if I needed help. I purchased a bed and needed a mattress, I was told the mattress was out of stock and was not offered an alternative so I have a bed base with no mattress. Very rude and unhelpful, will definitely not be returning.

I visited your Basildon store and spoke to Jason who couldn’t be bothered to even get out of his chair to greet me and carried on chating with the girl next to him. He looked completely disinterested when he came over. I was looking for a double mattress and because I was not spending fortunes on this purchase he just wasn’t interested at all and bordering on rude. On walking to the exit I found a mattress myself that suited my needs and he was still trying to put me off - what salesman does that!!! I asked if it had a guarantee and he said a year but obviously if it’s bounced on we would know - strange comment but I was not put off as this was the price I wanted to pay otherwise I would have walked out. Very blasé about everything and probably the worse salesman I have come across !!! Very bad service for your store and company name and the owner would have been horrified !!! Feel free to contact me to discuss in more detail and I can even give you my mother’s number who was with me who again was shocked.

The pricing was much higher than I had expected, although it is only 6 years since last purchase. Staff were very helpful, although the color coded pillows on beds did not seem to follow through the whole store. This resulted in us trying every single mattress. It is also a shame that you do not have king size & double mattresses of the same product to try. It was difficult to gauge a double mattress when my husband is a larger chap & would require a king size version.

I ORDERED THIS BED ON 24TH JANUARY AND ARRANGED A DELIVERY DATE OF 14TH FEBRUARY (WHICH WAS ORGANISED IN STORE THAT DAY). I HAVE JUST CALLED UP TO CONFIRM A TIME FOR DELIVERY TODAY AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR AND THE EARLIEST I CAN GET THE BED IS THE 28TH FEBRUARY. I HAVE GOT RID OF MY DAUGHTERS BED SO WHAT IS SHE MEANT TO SLEEP ON FOR 2 WEEKS! I ALSO HAVE HAD TO TAKE THE DAY OFF WORK TODAY FOR DELIVERY AND THE EARLIEST WEEKEND DELIVERY IS THE 10TH MARCH? SO NOW I HAVE TO TAKE ANOTHER DAY OFF WORK. FUMING DOES NOT COVER IT! WONT BE RETURNING AND AT THIS POINT ACTUALLY FEEL LIKE CANCELLING AND GOING ELSEWHERE COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!

Excellent service from the moment we walked in to the store. Jason was very helpful. Had great knowledge of the beds and a lot of patience in dealing with our decision making. Overall very very impressed.

My son and I were looking at an ottoman bed the assistant was sitting at his desk in clear view of us I went over to him and my son was next to the bed. I asked about delivery and he turned to his computer and said Thursday. Ok we will have it. I sat down to complete the order there was no friendliness at all. I paid for the order and then when finished he said that's the Yardley faux leather bed which was not the bed we had been looking at and my son was standing by? He finally got out of his chair and came over to the correct bed and said well you will have to pay more money to which I agreed. He then established that bed not available until 9 Sept to which I asked for a refund. He had to call head office for this and they refunded but said will take 5 days therefore taking the funds away from my available balance. At no time was they any kind of apology. We have now gone online and got a bed being delivered today. We gave the high street shops a go and you failed miserably I will continue to shop online in future
