Dreams - New Basildon

My name is Michael Spencer and I purchased this bed on behalf of my 98 year old mother. I have tried to submit this once already and failed as there is not enough space or time to do so. I was completely satisfied with the service given by Matt, if it wasn't for his knowledge and helpfulness it is likely we would have gone to the next planned store. However after meeting Matt, we decided to spend way over our budget and bought several items there and then and did not visit the third store which we had planned. I am only disatsfied with the price we paid.

the service was fine whilst buying but 2 hours later I realised I'd made a mistake and needed to cancel. No-one wants to know now and every one I speak to is abrupt and just says wait for a call! I've rang 5 times asking not to place the order - all within 12 hours of placing the order and then when I get home I find the money has been taken from my account and will no doubt give me endless problems trying to get it back. It would have been so much easier and less paperwork and stress if it had just been cancelled or if someone could have spoke to me. I now feel really vulnerable, frustrated and cross with Dreams
