Sales person asked if we were ok and if we needed any assistance. Told him we will let him know so was left alone to shop (nothing worse than being followed around a shop by the sales person) Asked for help when we needed it placed the order speedily and efficiently. 10/10

Ross was very friendly, not pushy at all and gave us time to actually shop and not be watched. he also price matched and stayed fifteen minutes after closing so we could complete our order. He was knowledgeable of the products and understood that this was a big purchase for us as we went with a tempur mattress. Due to ongoing back issues we had to bare this is mind and so did he. Was great service.
