The lady that helped us was very friendly and took time to show us various mattresses... She asked us what we wanted and didn't try to pressurise us at all

The customer sales representative, Sophy, was superb. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much despite our requests which on reflection may have been a little bit excessive.

Assistant knew a lot of product information

John who assisted us was extremely helpful without being obtrusive. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He offered the computerised bed test without pushing us to do this. A thorough professional.

Sophie was very helpful and completely understood what kind of bed I required. Even offered me a complimentary bottle of water.

I was served by both Tony and Ross and they were really helpful, friendly and knowledgable of their products. Nothing was too much trouble moving mattresses to different bases for me to try and the showroom was amazingly clean and tidy....please give these guys a pat on the back from me...a satisfied customer !

We previously phoned this store and spoke to a very friendly, helpful young man who listened carefully to our specific needs and gave us sound advice. We subsequently visited the store and spoke to the same young man who remembered our telephone call and was extremely helpful in answering all our questions. The ordering process was handled very efficiently and we left feeling very satisfied with the whole experience.
