Dreams - New Basildon

We previously phoned this store and spoke to a very friendly, helpful young man who listened carefully to our specific needs and gave us sound advice. We subsequently visited the store and spoke to the same young man who remembered our telephone call and was extremely helpful in answering all our questions. The ordering process was handled very efficiently and we left feeling very satisfied with the whole experience.

Customer service of shop assistant was great. He helped us pick out new mattress using the checker machine in store and provided guidance where necessary.

The salesman Ross was very knowledgable on the product that we wanted, and was more than helpful. Kept asking us if we would like a bottle of water while we were waiting, and kept apologising for keeping us waiting as there was only one computer working. Service from start to finish was excellent would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams.

I was very satisfied with the two gentlemen I spoke to whilst making my order by telephone. They were both very helpful. They both explained there would be quite a wait for delivery, which was acceptable and I was pleasantly surprised by the "try your mattress out" and if not satisfactory, it can be exchanged for a different one with a £45 charge. I do hope we will be fully satisfied with our Hypnos mattress when delivered.

You were well looked after and not pressurised in to buying from them

Ross was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know upon entry, he sorted our pillows and pointed us to the types of mattresses we were looking for and then left us to our own pace simply making himself available when needed and answered any queries we had. No pressure selling no looking over your shoulder. He explained everything about the purchase and finance process etc.
